日本を代表する東西のミシュラン三つ星レストランで修行され、約3年前に30歳という若さでご自身のレストランをオープンされた葛原将季シェフが織りなす珠玉のフレンチ。
「余韻と記憶」をコンセプトに「余韻」「記憶」「安堵」「追憶」の4つのカテゴリーで構成されるコース。
